Order Processing Times

Orders typically take 2-3 business days to process before they are shipped. If ordering around holidays, please allow up to 5 business days for orders to process.

Shipping

All domestic orders (US) are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.

After process period, orders typically take 2-4 business days to arrive. Inclement weather, distance from sender, or a variety of other unforeseen circumstances may make this time longer. Once you have your tracking number, please contact USPS with any issues with delivery times.

If you suspect that your item has been mis-delivered or lost, please put in a claim with USPS before sending an email to support@petitepetitions.com.
